$21–$25/hr. We supply the kit. One real home. Photos before you leave. Next-day e-transfer.
What it is
A trial is one real cleaning job. You get paid $21–$25/hr. We see if you show up, follow the list, and send photos. You see if this is actually how we work. Pass and you’re on the bench. Fail (no-show, no photos, fight the client, take cash) and that’s the last job.
Before you go
- We’ll text the address, time, and any notes (pets, parking, fragrance-free, client home).
- We supply the kit. Don’t shop for product unless we say so.
- You do not get the homeowner’s number to “sort it out.” Communication goes through us.
- Bring your phone charged. Photos are part of the job.
On the job
- Be on time. If you’re going to be 15+ minutes late, text us before you’re late.
- Do the clean. Move-out / deep means oven, fridge, bathrooms, floors, kitchen — not a wipe and run.
- Client pays the company. You never collect cash, e-transfer, or cheques.
- Before you leave, send us 5 photos: oven, fridge, bathroom, floors, kitchen.
- Then you leave. We pay you the next day by e-transfer if the photos are there.
How we decide
Pass
On time, photos done, client isn’t angry, you weren’t defensive.
Not a pass
No-show, late with no text, no photos, cash from the client, arguing, disappearing.
After
If you pass: you’re on the bench. We text jobs. You accept or decline. Pay after the trial is quoted in dollars per job before you take it.
If you don’t: we won’t send more work. No hard feelings. Don’t apply twice under a new number.
Who this is for
People who want steady GTA cleaning work and can handle weekday mornings. Not for anyone who needs to be managed like a child or who wants to freelance the clients.
